I specialize in working with adolescents (10+), young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I take a holistic client centered approach to therapy. I am a certified in complex trauma, am a certified mindfulness + meditation teacher, and am EMDR trained.
The idea of therapy can be very overwhelming. However, I ensure that each client feels heard, validated, respected, and empowered. I value the importance of self-empowerment and self-awareness, as this helps pave the way to health, healing, and hope.
