Healing begins with you, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here for you during this journey. I have 17 years experience in the mental health field and 15 years experience in treatment. I am EMDR trained, and love helping clients heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety. Trauma is a lot more common than you realize, and includes any experience that has affected your self worth and/or wellbeing. If you feel different or like you don't belong, come see me. My specialty is treating clients who feel "stuck." Common reasons for feeling stuck are experiencing or witnessing childhood abuse/domestic abuse, trauma, PTSD, rejection or abandonment, low self-esteem, and chronic mental conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I also provide psychological testing.
I have extensive training in trauma-informed therapy, and I have helped hundres of clients develop quality lives. I'm EMDR trained and never have I felt as passionate about a treatment modality as I do for EMDR. It really works, even for those who believe they will never get better.
