With 14 years experience altogether, I have used Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, and Supportive therapy. I also have used methods in family therapy, such as systemic family therapy. I also have training and experience working with people with substance abuse issues, either recovering or need relapse prevention.
