Hey, I am happy you're here! There are a lot of seasons in life that can feel really hard to navigate on your own. My passion is to provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your story so you have someone to walk in those seasons with you. I want to support you in finding a peace for your past and a hope for your future that will allow you to grow towards your fullest potential.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and attachment issues. I am passionate about athlete mental health, helping individuals manage the stress of being an athlete, finding an identity outside of sport, and processing the transition to life after sport. I am also EMDR basic trained.
You matter! If you're struggling and unsure of where to go or what to do, please reach out for a free 30 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit. I would love the opportunity to sit with you to process through what a good, healthy next step might look like in your journey.
