My passion is to provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your story while helping you navigate through all the ups and downs of life. I want to support you in finding a peace for your past and a hope for your future that will allow you to grow towards your fullest potential.
I work mainly with individuals struggling through eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues. I work with athletes on performance enhancement, overcoming stress and anxiety associated with competition, balancing the role of student-athlete, and navigating the transition of life after sports. I am also EMDR basic trained.
If you're struggling and unsure of where to go or what to do, please reach out at the number listed above for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit. I would love the opportunity to sit with you to process through what a good, healthy next step might look like in your journey.
