Are you burned out or anxious? Do you know exactly what you want to change but can't break your pattern? Maybe things feel more frustrating, tense, or overwhelming than usual. Perhaps you want to change your relationship with food, your body, or how you interact with others. Sometimes, we aren't sure what causes our distress, but we can sense we're not reaching our potential for health, happiness, or success. Even when we know the cause, change can still feel impossible. That's where I come in. My job is to listen without judgment, help you understand root causes of your issues, and teach you practical tools to change your life.
Together we'll build customized goals and an actionable plan. I'm qualified to help with many challenges; however, I specialize in using trauma-informed techniques like somatic therapy, IFS, & CBT to help with CPTSD, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, & grief. I enjoy helping clients learn to regulate emotions, hold themselves accountable to routines, and set boundaries.
I also have extensive experience with pregnancy, infertility, postpartum, & parenting. I currently practice at Caring Connected & have 8+ years of experience across mental health agencies, eating disorder clinics, private practice, and school settings. I offer in person and video sessions and have early AM & late PM times for those with difficult schedules.
