It takes courage to seek help and to take the first steps towards a change. I provide personalized counseling to individuals (16 y/o+) and families. I am especially passionate about working with blended families and desire to see them thrive! I have learned and am still learning the dynamics and intricate parts of blending a family from my own personal experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, and family/relationship issues.
My counseling style is compassionate and judgement free. My approach is eclectic which is different types of therapeutic approaches (please see list below). For interested clients, I also provide Christ centered counseling where Biblical wisdom, prayer, and practical tools become the foundation of our sessions. I tailor my approach to each client's goals.
I will meet each client where they are at in their process and give them space to be seen and heard as they embark on a journey towards restoration. I am passionate about helping those who are hurting find healing, peace, and freedom.
