About
Accepting new clients now!! I work with clients who are ready to take charge in their lives and work towards improvements. Clients who realize that sometimes in life we need a little extra help to manage tough situations. I like working from a strengths perspective in order to help clients create goals and reach them with a set of new skills mixed with ones they already have. I want to help clients to take those next steps forward in order to make themselves happier and healthier in all aspects of life.
I provide individual and family therapy. I am able to offer assistance throughout many of different obstacles. I am trained in DBT therapy and like to work on how to help clients manage and regulate emotions.
Helping clients to discover their full potential and figure out a way to live a happy and healthy life is my goal. I love to support clients from a strengths perspective and help them to learn new skills. I love to help clients look for silver linings in each day!
