Being able to integrate both of my credentials enables me to provide you with a comprehensive treatment that, along with providing a warm, encouraging and unbiased environment to promote self esteem and feelings of self worth, will lead you on the path to living a more serene, enriched and fulfilled life.
I have extensive experience and training working with children, adolescents and adults suffering from a wide range of mental health and emotional issues. I treat individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, family-related/academic/occupational stress, trauma, low self-esteem, as well as adjustments and life transitions.
I utilize various treatment modalities, incl. cognitive behavioral, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, client-centered, interpersonal, and solution focused, based upon the specific needs of each client. I have a clear understanding of multicultural issues and am fluent in other languages. I look forward to working with you!
