Hello! My name is Stephanie Stavinoga and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. Life can be really challenging at times. My approach to therapy is warm and compassionate. I have a very eclectic approach to therapy, as everyone is very different. I specialize in working with individuals that are neurodivergent, are experiencing anxiety, or are simply looking to make healthy changes in their lives. As a therapist, I have worked very hard at creating a practice that invites all individuals, wherever they are at in life.
My desire is to maintain my commitment to creating a welcoming, diverse and motivating counselling experience where people come as they are and I meet people where they’re at, regardless of their story.
I utilize a collaborative, strengths-based approach. My theoretical approach to therapy is eclectic; therefore, I purposefully select a therapy, or therapies, which best suit the client, their situation, as well as your beliefs about personal change.
