Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward? I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, substance use, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight, and develop practical coping skills.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and identifying the areas that matter most to you. I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SBFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR and Person-Centered Therapy. This allows me to meet you where you are and support your unique path to healing.
