Therapy is a collaborative process. I tailor my approach to fit my clients' individual needs and work towards meeting their goals. I work from a person-centered approach and am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting. Both therapy modalities are proven effective for treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
