I work with children and adults who are seeking greater connection with their bodies, emotions, and relationships. Many of my clients experience stress, emotional dysregulation, and disconnection and are interested in healing through movement-based and creative therapeutic approaches.
My clinical focus includes attachment and relational trauma and the development of safety and security within relationship. I also work with adults who care for children, supporting them in strengthening emotional regulation, grounding, and resilience in their professional and personal care giving roles.
I invite children and adults to explore movement and creative expression as a way to reconnect with the body, emotions, and relationships. Together, we follow the body’s wisdom, finding gentle paths toward healing, connection, and resilience.
