Our work is centered on alleviating or eliminating symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficult adjustments and transitions.
My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focusing on empowerment using a strengths-based approach. I specialize in working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and family caregivers.
