Welcome! My name is Stephanie Sanders and I am an LPCC and an LMFT and owner of Safe Haven Therapy Services. I'm so glad you're here, especially when you're already managing the complexities of trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and the demands of life and career. My practice also supports individuals, family members and close relationships to those in leadership positions and high-visibility professions who value discretion, privacy, and a thoughtful space to navigate complex personal and professional demands.
I offer an integrated approach to therapy based completely on your needs and personality. My primary modalities include: psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, emotionally focused, trauma-based, internal family systems and dialectical behavioral therapy.
I am easy to talk to and create a very safe and relaxed environment for you upon our first meeting. My priority is for you to feel safe, cared-for and taken seriously in a highly discreet, non-judgmental and confidential space.
