Hello, I’m Stephanie! I'm here to help you on your journey to mental, physical, and emotional wellness. In my skillset, I incorporate the arts, mindfulness, and evidence-based behavioral techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I believe in getting your needs met through learning how to manage oneself through day-to-day functioning, as well as finding balance through our emotions.
Utilizing the expressive arts, we explore the shadow or the hidden parts of ourselves and bring it to light, as we learn to become a beacon of peace for ourselves. It is important to feel like we are being met where we’re at and all stages of life on this journey are welcome!
I hope to offer you space in which you can feel safe to creatively express and explore boundaries to assist you in feeling heard, understood, and supported. If you feel like I would be a good fit to meet your needs and set goals, I would be delighted to work with you. Please e-mail to schedule a consultation.
