Welcome! Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I try to make it as easy as possible to begin therapy. Telehealth (virtual) sessions are on HIPAA-compliant video platform which you can schedule in the privacy of your own home. I have over 15 years of counseling experience treating individuals, couples, families and children 16 and up, with a wide variety of issues. Struggling with relationship/family issues, divorce, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harm, grief, college/graduation stress, chronic illness or experienced trauma? I treat an extensive amount of issues including, but not limited to, depression, trauma, anxiety, family conflict, stress management, anger management, teen issues, divorce, life adjustments, chronic stress, parenting struggles, pre-marital counseling, chronic pain, grief and more.
Creating a positive solid therapeutic alliance with clients is priority. Trust is key for therapy to be successful. An eclectic approach is utilized, including cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused, client-centered and more (depending on client issues). Sessions are typically 45-53 minutes.
