My hope is to provide a sanctuary where you can find healing, make meaningful changes, and become the person you aspire to be. Coming from a family involved in the military and medical field, I am especially drawn to working with public safety professionals, including first responders, veterans, healthcare workers, police, and firefighters.
I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.) from Midwestern University. Throughout my internship, I developed particular focus areas of trauma and assessment. I also have experience in couples therapy, academic challenges, anxiety, depression, identity-related concerns, addiction, Spanish-speaking counseling, and DBT, amongst others.
