Announcement icon During this time of COVID-19, I am available to you via phone or video conferencing 7 days/ evenings/week. Please Reach out if you need it!
I have specialty training, working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families, and also have psychotherapy groups! An ideal client is ready to work openly with me, which best helps me to help you. I will quickly help you to develop insight, coping skills, and identify patterns and themes over your lifetime. I will help you to develop compassion for yourself and others, freed from the pain that has you stuck!
Psychodynamic Insight, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Choice, Solutions-Focused, and Family Systems therapies, and Mediation are primary theories I pull from, depending on what we're working on at the time. Each is scientifically proven to be effective. I offer Group, Couples, Individual, and Family therapy, as well as mediation.
I understand what you're going through! I have worked with the lifespan of life stages, experiences, and struggles. One thing I will always try to do is normalize what you're going through, and give you stories of hope, so you can believe in the work and have hope for yourself! A brief conversation would allow me to specify how I will help you; email or call
