Welcome, it's lovely to meet you. I specialize in grief and bereavement counseling, and also in working with people facing a cancer diagnosis and caregivers. Your grief experience is unique. It’s hard to figure out how to get through the emotional roller coaster of loss: a change in your job, your health, a relationship, or the death of a beloved pet or person in your life. Counseling can help you understand your unique way of coping with loss and how to integrate this experience into your life in order to take steps forward.
I also work with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, boundaries, and major life transitions. I strive to provide you with a safe space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and rediscover your own strengths and inherent wisdom.
