I specialize in guiding people towards healing from trauma and finding health and well-being in their lives and relationships. I realize that my clients often seek therapy to heal from some of their deepest wounds. Sometimes they carry shame, fear, and anxiety or depression due to these experiences. I'll welcome you with an open, warm, and deeply present therapeutic experience. Therapy is designed to provide an emotionally safe and supportive space where we do very sensitive work.
I have extensive training, and experience in treating trauma, anxiety and depression. I would be honored to walk alongside you as we explore the impact of past experiences and move towards balance and well-being within our selves and our relationships. I have completed Level 2 Training in Internal Family Systems and am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting.
