I am a licensed psychologist working with teens and adults who have concerns related to anxiety, OCD, depression, difficulty managing strong emotions, and interpersonal/relationship problems. I believe we can all find meaning and joy despite the obstacles life presents. My hope is to build a genuine connection with you so we can work toward the life you want. Together we will develop a treatment plan that integrates your inner wisdom with my expertise in evidence based techniques.
I primarily practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, values, and behavior change — all in the service of a more fulfilled life. I use the most effective type of treatment for OCD — a form of CBT called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I look forward to hearing from you and working together to get closer to the kind of life you want to live!
