We all struggle at one time or another with grief, excessive stress, anxiety, depression and even addiction. As an LPC it is my privilege to walk with my clients through their healing process. You need a place you feel safe and not judged. I specialize in anxiety disorders, trauma, and addiction but work with a range of issues in adolescents and adults. Additionally I am trained in EMDR therapy. I have a passion for helping people find their inner strengths in order to live a happier and healthier life. I am the owner of Inspire Change Counseling and living in AZ full time but have 4 therapists at the Chesterfield office to help.
My goal is to help you achieve your goals and am also a Certified Personal Trainer and use my education from both fields to bring a holistic approach to my treatment plans using nutritional psychology and exercise tips. I believe it is important to be healthy not only mentally, but spiritually and physically as well. We need to treat our bodies as a whole.
I believe it is important to be educated about our health and value integrated health practices. My clients are empowered to ask questions and grow, not only treat symptoms. I work with a range of other professionals to give you a balanced course of treatment. These include, chiropractors, nurse practitioners and nutritionists. It is my privilege to help!
