I believe that even the hardest seasons of life can become the best thing you never knew you needed. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, stress, substance use, and life transitions, including those in narcissistic relationships or seeking support within the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, I focus on helping clients build self-compassion, confidence, and practical skills to move toward emotional well-being.

I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield, United and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
