My heart is for those going through life's difficult transitions and the overwhelm it can bring. Grief and loss would be what I'd consider my specialty. But that comes in so many forms: from the loss of loved ones, unborn babies, marriages, homes, friendships, careers, communities... but you don't have to lose who you are.
