Whether you're struggling with anxiety, addiction, trauma, ADHD or simply need a space to process what's going on, I'm available to help., Coming from a unique approach, I choose to treat you as a whole person and address all areas that may be affecting you. I am an LGBT+ ally and can help with struggles related to this as well. I have been in this field for about 4 years now and have worked with adolescents, children and adults. My unique experiences can help bring you through the obstacles and onto the path you want to walk.
I offer in office and virtual sessions. I am a humanistic, person-centered therapist who uses a holistic perspective to address your concerns and treat you as a whole person. For my younger clients, I integrate play therapy into treatment. I offer a comfortable atmosphere for my clients, including LGBT+ and minorities.
