I believe in a holistic approach for determining the best individualized treatment direction while incorporating the use of specific evidenced-based interventions that meet the needs of each client. I focus on developing a professional trusting relationship necessary for change and guiding clients to find ways to meet their therapy goals.
I enjoy working with children, female adolescents and adults. I am a Registered Play Therapist and Certified Synergetic Play Therapist for young children and their parents.
I have advanced training in working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and challenges with self worth and identity.
