I have more than ten years experience working with adults and have successfully treated depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. I specialize in women's health, sexual health, utilizing a sex positive and inclusive lens. I can also offer psychotherapy in Spanish. Yo hablo Español.
I use a blended form of psychotherapy which can include cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, trauma focused therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
