This way of working gets to your issues on a deep level and clears out years of irrational beliefs that keep you from being who you want to be.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant. EMDR is the treatment of choice for long term abuse or a single incident abuse. It's also proven effective for car accidents, breakups with partners, and bereavement. EMDR is also effective for building self esteem, treating performance anxiety, stress reduction, attachment disorders, pain management , and addictions.
