My passion is to work with those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression or trauma. I also have experience with domestic violence, and women's health issues. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—empowering individuals to cultivate resilience, make positive changes, and lead fulfilling lives.
