Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, build practical coping skills, and focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and family system challenges. My specialties include conduct disorder, suicide assessments and crisis interventions, juvenile sex offender treatment, parenting support and skill-building, and working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
