I'm Stephanie Pitts-Riley, a Resident in Counseling with 4 years of experience, dedicated to helping others navigate life transitions, process grief or trauma, and explore their identities. I work closely with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them on the journey toward embracing their authentic selves. My ideal client is someone who’s ready to regain control of their narrative and collaborate in creating positive change. Inspired by my own experiences with mental health, I’m committed to providing a compassionate, inclusive space for individuals from all backgrounds and diagnoses.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University & blend various counseling theories & techniques to create interventions that align with each client’s unique needs. I offer EMDR, traditional talk therapy, & specialized therapies for children, and I am bilingual in English & Spanish to best serve a diverse range of clients
