Navigating life's challenges – whether as a child, parent, adult, or in relationships – can be difficult. I work with individuals from infancy through adulthood, helping them understand and change unhelpful patterns of behavior. My practice also includes supporting young adults through life transitions and career changes, exploring childhood experiences, and working with couples.
I offer children a playful, supportive environment to learn coping skills and manage big emotions, while partnering with parents to strengthen connection and boundary-setting. For adults, I provide a compassionate space to facilitate change and healing.
In addition to psychotherapy services, I provide psychological assessment across the lifespan. I have experience in early childhood relational assessments, diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, behavioral needs, adult learning batteries, and school testing.
