I am Stephanie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, I focus on treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, including domestic violence and recent or childhood abuse in adults. I also work with childhood disorders such as oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, and provide parental support. My expertise includes ADHD in children, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am particularly comfortable working with populations who have experiences in the child welfare or foster care.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I enjoy being creative in my practice and often incorporate art or play therapy with children and teens when appropriate. However, creativity isn’t just for children—I bring it into my work with adults as well.
