I work with adults seeking improved quality of life. I have 25 years of experience, assisting people who are adjusting to a life stressor, those with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulty, trauma, and addiction, and people simply looking to be a healthier version of themselves. It requires courage to take steps to improve one's situation. My approach is geared toward an individuals personal motivation, whether he or she is just beginning to contemplate change, is open to learning new coping strategies, or understand and shift patterns of behavior that are no longer effective, and that prevent them from enjoying life.
