I work collaboratively with clients as I believe that treatment should be tailored to each client's personal needs in order for the client to feel comfortable and confident in reaching their treatment goals
I have extensive experience working with children and families. I have a strong focus on parenting, behavioral issues, attachment based treatment (including post adoption) and ADHD. I'm also trained in techniques of Theraplay. I also work with adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, stress, relationship & parenting issues.
I work with individuals and families and offer both long and short-term counseling. My approach is calm & thoughtful, but interactive. I offer a variety of hours including evening appointments & weekends. The work you do to learn about & make changes for yourself through therapy can truly be a rewarding experience.
