My practice is dedicated to supporting clients through a range of challenges, with a focus on reproductive grief, infertility, pregnancy and perinatal loss, reproductive and birth trauma, menopause, childfree-affirmative therapy, as well as supporting all reproductive experiences. I also provide compassionate care for individuals navigating the grief of a parent, child, partner & sibling loss. I provide in person therapy in PA & or virtual sessions for PA & NJ residents.
My practice utilizes an integration of therapy approaches: Brainspotting , Narrative therapy, EMDR, somatic experiencing framework , strength-based & mindfulness techniques to customize treatment plans. I am also Mother Loss counseling certificaton. I offer a free telephone consultation and negotiable payment options.
I am focused on expanding my knowledge base & have participated in Post Master's training through the Postpartum Stress Center, Institute of Creative Mindfulness & Postpartum International. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist, a Certified Brainspotting Professional, as well as earned a Fellow in Thantaology: Study of Death, Dying & Bereavement.
