I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a trauma specialty and training as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). I provide integrative, evidence-based counseling using EMDR, CBT, and somatic approaches to support healing from trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions. Faith integration is available upon request.
