Stephanie has comprehensive experience of working with clients of all ages but has concentrated on working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a history of abuse and neglect. I am also passionate about successes found through EMDR in all age groups. EMDR is an evidence based, highly researched therapeutic model used for many diagnosis. Adding an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to EMDR has proven to be extremely effective in helping process trauma in a way that reduces symptoms and level of disturbance more effectively.
