I use a client centered approach with cognitive behavioral strategies, EMDR and mindfulness. My process helps you resolve or learn to accept personal conflicts or challenges, acquire more adaptive problem solving and communication skills, change behaviors, or manage anxiety, depression or life changes, like divorce, illness, pain, or loss.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor. I experienced in inpatient, residential, and have 25 years in private practice. I'm also a real person with real approaches to helping you. I have a bit of a dark sense of humor and I want you to be the real you in session.

TTC/TNC provides a place for professionals, pre-professionals and affiliate members to come together to develop their practices and sharpen their skills. Whether you're just starting out or a more seasoned therapist, we hope you take advantage of all that we have to offer.
