Are you struggling with symptoms that seem unmanageable? Are you looking for a way to learn and engage simple practices that can improve your overall well-being? If so, I offer my services. I became a social worker in an effort to reach individuals, like myself, that needed a judgment free third person to listen and reassure that not one person needs to be alone in the world. I understand that everyone has strengths as well as stress and both can be used toward creating a successful life.
I incorporate therapeutic modalities that target the mind, body, and spirit and believe that an individual is the expert of their life circumstances. In order to get to a place of inner peace and outer balance I approach therapy the way I would approach a friend in need. In your first session we will explore your history and current struggles.
During follow up sessions we will find ways to incorporate your strengths into safe and effective coping strategies towards goal attainment. Everybody has worth in this world and it's my pleasure to walk alongside those searching and celebrating theirs. Open to working with adolescents ages 16 and older.
