I favor evidenced-based therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution focus therapy. I have had 19 years of experience and specialize in bereavement, elderly issues, mood disorders, and anxiety.
I understand that although you may benefit from therapy, it is not always possible due to physical limitations or living logistics to visit an office, which is why I also provide in-home and telehealth services.
