I am passionate about helping others reach their goals and navigate problems that are unique to each individual client. I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from John Carroll University and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have experience working in community mental health and private practice. I recognize is not easy to come to therapy, therefore, I believe in creating a safe place for individuals where they can feel heard and respected.
A few of my focus areas include anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, body image, trauma related issues, and life changes. I utilize a holistic approach by using a variety of evidenced-based treatment modalities in order to best serve a client’s needs in order to assist with improving one’s overall well-being.
I also incorporate creative arts into sessions in order to assist with self-expression. I offer counseling for individuals ages 8 and up, both in–person and tele-health. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and crafting. Please reach out, as I would love to work together with you.
