I am passionate working with women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and feel stuck. Who struggle with anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, loss of purpose, and motherhood. I also also specialize in working with foster and adoptive families, along with adolescents who are struggling to find who they are while navigating one of the hardest stages in life.
