I am licensed in New Mexico, where I offer both in-person and telehealth services, and I am also licensed in Texas, providing telehealth sessions exclusively. My goal is to support the growth and healing that every individual deserves. Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and meaningful progress depends on feeling comfortable and building trust with the person you work with.
My approach is client-centered and flexible, drawing from techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
I use all different styles of techniques including CBT, Person Center Therapy, and Mindfulness to name a few. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ community, teens, adolescents and adults with trauma, or just everyday stressors.
I believe everyone is an individual and heals in different ways, so I will be ready to meet your needs and go at your pace. I am a youthful individual who likes working with a diverse population and I look forward to helping you heal and grow within yourself.
