Hi there—I’m a non-traditional, actual human kind of therapist who blends clinical skills with humor, humanity, and a direct approach. If you’re ready to dig in and do the work, I’ve got you! I primarily work with adults (18+), though I do see teens in certain situations. My lived experience includes endometriosis, infertility, being a foster parent, mama to a child with Type One Diabetes, and walking alongside a spouse who survived cancer (twice). I also bring years of experience in education and executive leadership.

I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach with CBT, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and Enneagram work (if you’re into that). I identify as a Christian but realize that can mean different things to different people. Let me be clear, I am an LGBTQ+ ally and ALL are welcome as EQUAL in my office.

Faith integration into your therapy is 100% your call. No pressure on my end either way. My style is honest, collaborative, and deeply human. We’ll go deep, stay curious, and maybe (hopefully!) even laugh along the way.
