Hi! I’m Stephanie and I’ve been in practice as a psychotherapist for over 10 years. I believe the relational connection offered in therapy is a big part of the healing process, as we all have a core need to feel truly seen and heard. I’m committed to providing an attentive, consistent, and intentional approach that enables emotional vulnerability for my clients. I believe the only way to heal our pain is to face it, and it’s easier to do this in an empathetic space. I specialize in addressing a variety of concerns including disordered eating, body dysmorphia, codependency/relationship issues, and anxiety and obsessive disorders.
My therapeutic approach draws upon a variety of methods including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and relational therapy. My main priority is for sessions to meet my clients’ individualized needs, whatever those are, and I value direct and open communication as a part of that process. I’m committed to collaborating with you through the growing pains of change.
