I work with children ages 7+, teens, and young adults who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, family changes, school-related concerns, peer relationships, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I have a particular interest in helping college students and young adults navigate the challenges of increased independence, academic stress, career decisions, relationships, and major life transitions.
These years can feel overwhelming, and therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, confidence, and direction. I understand that every child and young adult is unique. I use a personalized approach that meets clients where they are developmentally and emotionally.
