Virtual-only therapy for adults and teens who want real talk, real tools, and zero judgment. If sarcasm is your trauma response, I’ve got you. I specialize in addiction, dual diagnosis, and personality patterns—especially when trauma is in the mix. My style is direct, warm, and collaborative: we’ll make sense of what happened, name the patterns, and build skills that actually work in real life.

CBT, REBT, and mindfulness—because insight is great, but tools are better. We’ll unpack how your experiences shaped your worldview, then work on the thoughts/behaviors that sabotage you. I use brief assessments when useful to pinpoint symptoms, target treatment, and measure progress.

I love this work, and I don’t do “robot therapist.” I’m proud as hell of my clients’ progress. I bring lived + learned experience and I normalize what you’re carrying—because you’re not broken and you’re not alone. Tattooed millennial, occasional cussing, zero judgment. No biting.
