I am an EMDR Certified Therapist through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and offer EMDR therapy. I also incorporate principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am licensed in Michigan and Illinois. I also have experience guiding all-level yoga classes.

I use a client-centered and strengths-based perspective to help facilitate the process of self-discovery and growth.
