I specialize in supporting women through the unique challenges of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and the early years of parenting. Many of my clients come to me feeling isolated, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or uncertain as they navigate their current struggles, emotional ups and downs, or complex lifestyle shifts. In our work together, we’ll create a compassionate space to process the mix of emotions that can arise. I will help you to develop tools to manage stress, strengthen self-compassion, and feel more grounded and centered during times that can feel unpredictable and exhausting.
I use a combination of orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-centered therapy. I also have experience and training working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, isolation, panic, and trauma, as well as identity, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem issues.
